OMG….I went to Las Vegas to try to meet Michael when I was 14 (unfortunately I didn’t get to, damn security ppl >.<), and on the bus ride to the hotel, the bus driver looked EXACTLY LIKE THAT and he was talking to me the whole time and then I told him I was there to see MJ. And as I got off the bus, he asked me to give him a hug and said I was cute (what bus driver would do that??). I know it was Michael. I just know.

It looks just like michael to me. Everyone knows that michael used to wear a lot of weird disguises. His brother Jermaine talk about them the other night on the larry king show.
