On Tuesday afternoon Chris Brown walked out of a Los Angeles court room, with five years of felony probation, 52 weeks of domestic-violence counseling and 180-days of community labor on his plate, after formal sentencing in the assault case against ex-girlfriend Rihanna. The judge’s ruling seems to be only part one of Brown’s repentance, however, as the R&B singer sat down with CNN’s Larry King the following day for his first exclusive interview since the infamous February assault.

Apple will unveil a new line of iPods complete with point-and-click cameras on Sept. 9, Apple Insider reports. In addition to the 3.2-megapixel camera—which, according to a “Taiwanese rumor site,” will grace the probable last-generation hard-drive iPod in addition to the Flash-based Nano and Touch—Apple may also unveil iTunes 9. The new software will likely include social networking features, a first for the Mac maker.
Scott Storch tried to hold on to his Miami mansion, after going through financial and personal problems the past few years. But, he has finally lost it.
TMZ reports: The former music producer for Britney Spears, 50 Cent and Mariah Carey continues his legendary fall from grace — Scott Storch has lost his massive Miami Mansion.
SunTrust Bank took back ownership of the home Storch defaulted on last July, buying it back at an auction on Friday for $5.5 million.
The 10-bedroom, 16-bath home was valued at around $7 million.
The bank had been trying to foreclose
on Storch for months, but couldn’t because he had declared for bankruptcy (it was recently dismissed).

R&B star Ashanti and rapper Nelly have reportedly called off their romance.
The hip-hop supercouple managed to keep their four-year romance secret until Nelly confirmed in November 2008 they are in fact a couple.
Ashanti even admitted in March that a wedding was “absolutely in the cards” for the pair.
But now the twosome has split amid claims the Hot in Herre rapper wasn’t ready to settle down with Ashanti, reports the New York Daily News.
The publication alleges Nelly has recently been spotted spending time with Canadian beauty Melyssa Ford, a model who has starred in music videos for R. Kelly and Usher.

On Sunday rapper Bow Wow hinted at a “big” announcement on his Twitter page (@Bowwow614), saying he’d let the cat out the bag when the clock strikes midnight on Monday.
Bow also posted a video on his YouTube page, speaking of a mystery announcement that would be coming soon. “People have been wondering where I’ve been,” the rapper said in a video. “For the past days, I’ve been here, keeping away from all human contact. AMY WINEHOUSE is set to head back to Miami, Florida – two years after marrying her ex-husband BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL there.
The Rehab hitmaker will reportedly visit the city where the couple wed in 2007 to work with Florida-based producer Salaam Remi on her forthcoming third album.
But her family and friends are said to be concerned the trip could help rekindle her relationship with her former beau, who she divorced last month (Jul09).
A source tells Britain’s The Sun newspaper, “Amy is looking forward to getting out to Miami again to finish the album with Salaam, as he was so good on Back To Black. It’s a place that means a lot to her and could really provide some inspiration for new material.
“All her friends are worried though. She has mentioned she might meet Blake when he leaves rehab in Sheffield (England). Even more worrying is the fact that she has been feeling broody. That would be the ultimate disaster – the spawn of Fielder-Civil. Her dad Mitch is going ballistic about rumblings of a reunion.”
Winehouse has been allowed to return to the U.S. after she was cleared of assault last month (Jul09), paving the way for her to obtain a work visa.
