Judit Ngolo is the founder and Editor-in-chief of StarHotSpot.com. She is responsible for the day to day running of the business as well as providing final approval to stories before they are published. She writes a large portion of the reviews and news stories on the site as well. The former Otabo custom shoe design worker, Judit was born to Congolese father and American mother in Brooklyn, N.Y.  Ngolo is the niece of Marie-Noelle Yhombi wife of  Jacques Joachim Yhombi Opango former President of Congo. Judit currently lives in the South Florida area of the United States. She spends her free time shooting photographs and working on web and graphic design projects.
